How is best match calculated? This is our secret sauce! But we look at a bunch of things to come up with a compatibility score. Let us know if you think it's right!
What does Least Flaky mean? The users at the top of this list are polite and respond to messages. The users at the bottom may be a bit more, well, flaky. See, good guys can finish first!
What does Most Popular mean? You can figure this one out!
Why am I seeing less than 5 people a day? Your preferences might be too narrow, you may have a high 'flake' score, you may have too many active matches already, or you could be slightly outside the average age distribution of people in The League.
What if someone's being rude or inappropriate? Tell your concierge the person's name first, and then block the user. We keep track of this and will remove the user if needed.
What if I can't tell who the person is in their pictures? Please use the small light grey 'flag' icon at the bottom right of their profile on the Scout screen to notify us and we will follow up with the user. User profiles in The League should always have more than one photo, be identifiable, and have at least one photo without sunglasses.
I'm writing but people aren't messaging me back? The 'flaky' person should be depriorized in our algorithm if this is something he/she is doing continually. If you continue to match with people that don't message tell your concierge their name.
